Lloyd Hotel is a modern design hotel located in the fashionable Eastern Docklands area, two kilometres by foot, metro or tram from Amsterdam city centre. The 116 guestrooms are individually styled with furniture designed by contemporary Dutch artists. Bathrooms also feature design furniture and vary in size and location: some are brightly coloured and situated in the centre of the room while others are hidden and can be folded out. All guestrooms have patios and some offer harbour views. Amenities include cable televisions, complimentary high- speed Internet, multi-line phones, desks and premium bedding.
Multilingual staff on the 24-hour front desk are happy to assist with laundry and room service requests. Many of Amsterdam's cultural attractions are within easy walking distance of the hotel, including Muziekgebauw concert hall (one kilometre), Bimius, the largest jazz club in Holland (two kilometres), and Stedelijk modern art museum (two kilometres). Amsterdam Schiphol Airport is 20 kilometres (13 miles) from the hotel and takes around 30 minutes by car.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS
There is a railway station in the airport terminal's central hall, under Schiphol Plaza, and direct trains run to Amsterdam Centraal Station approximately every 15 minutes. From here tramline number 16 and metro number 10 both stop outside the hotel. Schiphol Travel Taxis are available from outside the airport arrivals hall and fares to the hotel cost around EUR 55.
When driving from Amsterdam airport, take exit S114 (Zeeburg/Centrum/Artis) and follow signs for 'Centrum' (centre). Keep on this road until the Piet Hein Tunnel. Keep to the right lane and after leaving the tunnel turn right at the lights onto the Piet Heinkade. Turn right at the first lights and the road takes a sharp turn to the right. This is the Oostelijke Handelskade. Garage parking is available on the right after the second building. The Lloyd Hotel is located 400 metres further on the right.
