DRIVING DIRECTIONS
There is a railway station in the terminal's central hall, unde
r Schiphol Plaza; direct trains run to Amsterdam Centraal Stati
on approximately every 15 minutes. Schiphol Travel Taxis are av
ailable from outside the arrivals hall and a typical fare will
cost 40 EUR. Public buses also run regularly to Amsterdam and o
ther cities.
Driving directions: From the airport tak
e the A1, leave the A10 at junction S112/Duivendrecht, Centrum.
Drive straight ahead on the S112 direction centrum. At the end
of Gooiseweg there is a roundabout at Prins Bernhard plein, ta
ke the first right at the roundabout into Wibautstraat ( still
S112). Continue straight ahead ( Wibautstraat becomes Weesperst
raat) to the end of Weesperstraat. At the end of Weesperstraat
there is a roundabout on Mr Visserplein, take the second exit,
into Waterloo plein. Drive over the Amstel river and continue s
traight along the Amstel until Munt plein. Take a right into Ro
kin, drive to the end of the Rokin until you arrive at the Dam
Cross and enter Damrak. The hotel is on the left, number 49.
